The device requires Apple ID for some features and has an internet access. The syncing with iTunes on a Mac or PC requires the Mac operating system of 10.6.8 or its later version.

The device supports the PC, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows XP home/professional and Windows Vista with service pack 3 or later. It supports iTunes of 11.4 or the later version.

The built-in rechargeable lithium-ion non-removable Li-Po 1810 mAh battery with the power of 6.9 Wh is remarkably power efficient. The standby battery lasts for 250 hours to 384 hours, whereas in talk time and music play mode the battery continues without recharging for 14 hours and 50 hours respectively.

The rating of the life endurance of battery is 61 hours. It could be recharged via USB to computer system or through the power adapter

Its battery has the talk time up to 14 hours on 3G with the standby time up to 10 days or 250 hours. In the case of internet use, the battery works up to 10 hours on LTE, up to 11 hours on Wi-Fi and up to 10 hours on the 3G browser. The video playback continues up to 11 hours and the audio playback has the time period up to 50 hours.

iPhone 6 Plus

Here the battery has the talk time up to 24 hours on 3G and the standby time up to 16 days or 384 hours. In the case of internet use, the battery works up to 12 hours on LTE, up to 12 hours on Wi-Fi and up to 12 hours on 3G browse. The video playback continues up to 14 hours and the audio playback has the time period up to 80 hours.

It has no memory card but is fitted with an internal memory of 16/64/128 GB with 1 GB RAM. It has an HTML 5 Safari Browser with 64-bit architecture.

The CPU and GPU are Dual-core 1.4 GHz Cyclone (ARM v8-based) and Power VR GX6450 (quad-core graphics) respectively. The most advanced OS platform is iOS 8, which is upgradable up to iOS 8.1.2.

The test performance of the phone is Base mark OS II: 1252 / Base mark X: 15841.

The Communication capability in WLAN is Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/AC, dual-band, hotspot and the Bluetooth feature is up to v4.0, A2DP, LE.

Without radio option, but having the TV out and Maps the GPS has A-GPS and GLONASS. The USB port contains v2.0, reversible connector and the NFC is available on Apple Pay only.

It contains iCloud cloud service to download the apps and has an iCloud Keychain too.

The Apple Pay option includes Visa, MasterCard and AMEX certified.

Apple, the mobile phone manufacturing Company of America has broken all records of net profit earning in the corporate world during the first quarter of the financial year. The profit of the Company has crossed the $18.02 billion mark. The company reckons the financial year from October to September.

Tim Cook, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company said that this profit is beyond the expectations of the financial experts as compared to the profit of $13.07 billion during the same period last year. This profit has increased about 37.87% in the first quarter of 2014-15. He further revealed that the sale of big-screen iPhone increased during the vacations.

In China alone, the sale of iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus surged more than 70%, which was the reason for such a drastic increase in the sale and the profit of the Company.

He lauded the performance of the Company on revenue levels too in which the total receipt was about $74.6 billion which was 29.51% more than $57.6 billion during the same quarter last year.

He said that 4.5 million iPhones were sold during this period. The Company is going to l launch Apple wrist watch in April.

Leuka Maestri, the Chief Finance Officer of the Company said that the number of Apple stores in China would become 40 by the end of 2016. He said that the position of the Company has remained better in the first financial quarter and the new measures adopted by the Company to boost the sales has born fruits.

Apple will refund $ 57.90 or Indian Rupees 3,900 to those users who got their battery replaced.

In a report issued by Apple, the users who got their battery replaced after the end of the warranty period between January 1, 2017, and December 28, 2017, from Apple stores, Apple Repair Center, and an Authorized Apple Service Provider, would be refunded RS. 3900.

Apple told that the refund would be issued through credit card or by electronic fund transfer to bank accounts.
